My name is Tashi and as cliché as it sounds, yoga has certainly changed my life for the WAY better.

I strive to extract both intimidation and expectation from the practice, and invite students to explore their intuitive curiosity. I encourage them to honor their bodies with the hope that lessons and insights found on the mat can be taken with them into the real world. 

Authenticity is what fuels my yoga practice, both as a student and a teacher. I share and celebrate my humanness in hopes that you will find comfort in your own.
