Yoga for a cause , 

to the soundscape of a live DJ .

How it all began! Through this project, we intend to expand the scope and accessibility of yoga beyond boutique studios by creating a container in which movement medicine and community activism/engagement are one and the same. 

We raise money for different non-profits around the Lowcountry, hoping that the awareness cultivated internally on the mat can expand into our communities and beyond.
